The class covers a wide range of topics related to breastfeeding including myths and concerns, how breastfeeding works, and positioning and latching at the breast.

Providing information about caring for your newborn immediately post-delivery to your journey home. This interactive class will cover essentials like diapering, bathing, infant and sleep safety, newborn care and soothing techniques.

Join us for new parents and baby educational sessions. The group provides a safe space for parents to share experiences with other parents.

Bellies & Babies is a weekly social gathering for expecting women, new mothers, and babies. Join us for support each Wednesday at the Palm Coast Community Center.

Join an international board-certified lactation consultant and other new moms at one of our free, weekly drop-in breastfeeding support and latch clinics. New moms will get 1-on-1 help and guidance. Get help with latching, ask breastfeeding questions, or connect with other moms.

Have a new baby on the way? Let the big-brother or big-sister to be join us for this fun, interactive class! We will practice skills such as bathing, diapering, swaddling, cuddling, feeding and burping. Children will receive an award at the completion of the class. Recommended for ages 3 and up.
