Children Safety Class aimed to educate parents and caregivers on children safety including water safety and drowning prevention.

We will cover essential information on the benefits of breastfeeding, how the body makes milk, effective latching, breastfeeding positions, feeding baby, and the basics of expressing or pumping.

This event offers free toys and books for children, complimentary food, and valuable resources focused on nutrition, health, safety, and wellness. It has recurred annually for 11 years.

To promote safe sleep practices during SIDS Awareness Month we’re inviting Baker County families/care givers who are pregnant or have a baby under 1 to take part in a clear the crib challenge.

Focusing on prenatal  and postnatal health for Immokalee area residents.

This class covers essential information on the benefits of breastfeeding, how the body makes milk, effective latching, positioning, feeding for health, and the basics of expressing or pumping.

Prenatal education support class series that includes baby basics, breastfeeding, the baby blues, safe sleep, shaken baby syndrome, general safety, infant CPR, and how to choose a pediatrician.

For the counties youngest learner (birth to age 5) and their parents. Engaging together through activity in efforts to increase childhood literacy to 90% reading at grade level by 3rd grade.

Focusing on prenatal health for Immokalee area residents.

Join our weekly in-person support group for breastfeeding mothers, led by an international board-certified lactation consultant. This group is a welcoming space to share experiences, celebrate successes, and work through challenges in breastfeeding.

Free weekly clinic led by a Sarasota Memorial’s certified breastfeeding counselor. Get help with latching, ask breastfeeding questions, or connect with other moms.

Our prenatal group provides an opportunity for pregnant women and their partners to come together to gain support, knowledge, and skills to help them feel prepared and confident in the arrival of their baby.

This group will help you prepare for the arrival of your newborn. We will discuss common concerns and doubts about the hospital stay, the first few days with baby, and how to cope with your emotions.

This class provides free convertible car seats to Marion County residents after attending an instruction session. Please call 352-644-2751 to register and discuss eligibility requirements.
