Hope Navigators are the key to what makes the Hope Florida Model different. These experts work hand-in-hand with parents to identify their unique barriers to prosperity for them and their family, and engage all sectors of the community to create a solution to the barriers presented in a family’s life. Whether it’s a lack of resources, skills, job opportunities, parenting classes or the basics like child care, diapers, or a warm meal, our Hope Navigators are here to listen and assist. Together, Hope Navigators and families work together to identify long-term goals and develop a strategic plan to make success a reality for them and their children. Need help or know someone who does? Reach out to us at 850-300-HOPE, to speak to a caring Hope Navigator who is committed to putting every mother and Florida parent on the path to success.
